PRESENTATION TYPES

Plenary Lectures

Plenary lectures are given in Plenary Sessions. They last 25 minutes + 5 minutes for discussion – 30 minutes in total.

Oral Presentations

Regular oral presentations are given in Oral Sessions. They last 12 minutes + 3 minutes for discussion – 15 minutes in total.

Oral presentations of young researchers (PhD holder younger than 35 years old) can be given in Young Researchers Sessions (12 min + 3 min discussion). Young researchers can choose whether to present in a regular oral section or in a session of young researchers.

Oral presentations of undergraduate, master and PhD students will be given in Student Sessions (12 min + 5 min discussion).

For an oral presentation, you can use the available templates. If you are using the Microsoft version 2003, download your template here, and others can find their templates here. After downloading and opening the file, regularly create a presentation.

Poster Presentations

The maximum size of the posters should be 1 m wide and 1 m long. The posters will be fixed by using the tape supplied by the organizer.

The posters should be placed at appropriate boards (marked by the organizer) at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of the session. The presenters should stay nearby their posters throughout the session, and remove the posters after the session is finished.

All participants, regardless of category, can choose a poster session.

For a poster presentation, you can use the template available here.

Virtual Presentations

They are sent as a PDF file created from Power Point or other programs like for an oral presentation (multi-page) or like for a poster presentation (one-page).

The official language of the Conference is English.
